    Correct Option - 1


    Detailed Solution:

    V = | z | 2 + | z − 3 | 2 + | z − 6 i | 2  

    Put z = x + iy

    V = 3 [ ( x − 1 ) 2 + ( y − 2 ) 2 + 1 0 ]                

    For minimum x = 1, y = 2, V0 = 30

    So, z0 = 1 + 2i
