$A_{m a x} = A_{c} + A_{m}$

$A_{m i n} = A_{c} - A_{m}$

$\frac{A_{m i n}}{A_{m a x}} = \frac{A_{c} - A_{m}}{A_{c} + A_{m}} = \frac{250 - 150}{250 + 150}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{100}{400} = \frac{50}{200}$
