Detailed Solution:

$F = q E a = \frac{q E}{m}$

$\Rightarrow s = \frac{1}{2} a t^{2} = \frac{1}{2} (\frac{q E}{m}) t^{2}$

$\Rightarrow W o r k d o n e = Δ K$

$\Rightarrow Δ K = F . s = \frac{q^{2} E^{2} t^{2}}{2 m}$
