Detailed Solution:

$μ_{B} = \frac{C}{v_{B}}$

$v_{B} = \frac{3 \times 1 0^{8}}{1.47} = 20.408 \times 1 0^{7}$

$v_{A} = 2.6 \times 1 0^{7} + 20.408 \times 1 0^{7} = 23 \times 1 0^{7}$

$μ_{B} = \frac{C}{v_{B}} & μ_{A} = \frac{C}{v_{A}}$

= 1.127

$\approx 1.13$
