This is a short answer type question as classified in NCERT Exemplar

Vrms= 3 R T M

Vrms= T

V r m s 1 V r m s 2 = T 1 T 2

T1=27oC= 27+273=300K

T2=127oC= 127+273= 400K

100 V r m s 2 = 300 400 = 3 2

Vrms2= 2 * 100 3 = 200 3 m / s
