$\overset{?}{τ} = \overset{?}{P} * \overset{?}{E}$

$| \overset{?}{τ} | = P E s i n ? θ \Rightarrow 4 = q * 2 a * E s i n ? 30^{?}$

$q = \frac{4}{(2 * 10^{- 2}) * 2 * 10^{5} * (\frac{1}{2})}$

$= 2 * 10^{- 3} C$
