Correct Option - 4

Detailed Solution:

$Q_{1} = C_{1} V = 2 V μ C$

$Q_{2} = Q_{3} = \frac{C_{2} C_{3}}{C_{2} + C_{3}} V = \frac{6 \times 12}{6 + 12} V = 4 V μ C$

$Q_{1} : Q_{2} : Q_{3} = 1 : 2 : 2$
