Presently i have a COC for Chief Engineer from singapore. Is it possible to get a degree certificate based on this from mumbai university
Have Certificate of Compentency for Chief Engineer from Singapore. Sailing as second engineer for last 3 years. Would like to know if possible to get a degree certificate based on this COC from singapore, and which all university would offer that?
