Presently persuing B.tech degree from a university ,but i m not happy with my university infrastructure and faculty ..wnt to change my coleg

i want to change my current university...plz help me in finding a college which provide this tranfer type facility ....so my 1yr that i have spent in b.tech not get wasted thnk you

you can change college under same university but you can not change university , you have to take permission from present college management and ask to him for transfer your case to another college
