Procedure of lateral entry admission

I am in manav bharti university doing diploma course in CSE and I have booked my seat in PDM college which is under MDU so my question is that my 3rd year result will be announced in last of august and the college is asking me to submit all the documents by 10th of august. What shuld I do now?
