proceser for transfer 9th icse to 10th icse, t.c. & registration card for 10th not available how is possible?

i passed 9th icse with 86% from utarakhand. because of medicial problem i cant continue in same school i take admision in 10th icse heryana. Acoording to utarakhand's school my t.c & registraion card for 10th icse board exam is available in mid May. please help me what proeser apley to take admision
