Process for admission to government colleges of Rajasthan in Gujarat for MBA/PGDM?

I'm looking for admission for MBA/PGDM in Government Institutions in Rajasthan and Gujarat. I didn't Score good in CAT. But expecting good results from CMAT. How can I get admission in government institutes of Rajasthan in Gujarat for upcoming session?
