Profile: 12th -80%, 10th-80%, JEE Mains -70 %ile and CUET- will appear. Suggest B.Tech colleges for me.

With 80% in 10th and 12th, and a 70 percentile in JEE Mains, you have decent chances in many private universities and state-level colleges. Since you'll also appear for CUET, that may open up more options depending on your score.
