Pros and cons of BSc. Computer Technology. Difference between BSc CT and other computer science courses? Whats unique about it?

Done with 12th, so UG. Could anyone enlighten me about this course, what makes it unique? It has both hardware n software? Its scope? Career path? Suggestion of MBA elective with regard to this UG? Got a month's time before college, any book that I may read to get an edge over others? Thank you!

    Dear Aswin,
    Great to see your learning desire as well as desire to get clarity over the choices you are about to make.
    Now which is better BSC CT or other courses like BCA. The first question here is , there there any course like BSC CT recognized by your university? Because what I know there are course like BSC in computer science(passed BCA in 2002, so might be new courses have introduced, that why asking).
    This , first thing to do is to check BSC CT validity with university.
    And if its valid, then its sounds and looks better then BCA, thus go ahead with it.
