PTU DEP recognition ecpired

Dear sir/ ma'm, I am pursuing lateral entry MBA from PTU DEP and I got to know that PTU DEC recognition expired in 2012 and now there degrees awarded by distance education mode are not valid. So, I want to know that should I quit or continue with the course?
