Punjab Civil Services 2012:1st-does this include mental ability or CSAT like in UPSC;2nd-is it true that for pre its 1 optional,2 for mains

I hope PCS 2012 pattern is not same as it was in 2009, which is available on official website. Is PCS not influenced by UPSC's CSAT? & guide about the study material Thanks
