Pursuing B.Tech. in IT branch, 3rd year. What should I do after completing it?

My overall aggregate percentage in B.Tech. is 58%.

Hi Try to learn PHP or Java and one framework of them with some good practical knowledge and projects. I am assuming you have knowledge of C or C+. Also if you are preparing only for job then you should also prepare for aptitude and reasoning, if for gate exam, then you would find syllabus online.
