for the tofel exam you cab get information yourself on the www.tofel.org website its a official website of tofel

what major in BE u have taken? for GRE and TOEFL check the ETS website and apply for exam. abroad education can be done by any agent consultant depending on the country u choose. there are different practices in each country.
