You are eligible to seek admission in MCA after B.Tech EEE. However, I will like to discourage you from going on this path. You will take three more years to complete your MCA and there is no guarantee that you will get a good job as Indian IT industry is on slow decline phase. If you very keen to have IT career, you may opt for 1-year long CDAC IT course in your interest area.
Delhi University, JNU and NIT-Suratakal are the three best options for doing MCA.

You may go for this course instead of MCA:
    1.M.Tech
It is a Master's degree course in your subjects that you have completed your B.Tech in.
For this, you have to appear for GATE. As per your score, you will get admission in different colleges.
    2.MBA
This is a course related to management.
For this, you have to appear for different exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
