You are eligible to seek admission in MCA after B.Tech EEE. However, I will like to discourage you from going on this path. If you could please let me know some other fields regarding PG except M.Tech or MBA? How about MS from some international University? Does that hold a scope for job in India?

You may go for this course instead of MCA:
1.M.Tech
It is a Master's degree course in your subjects that you have completed your B.Tech in.
For this, you have to appear for GATE. As per your score, you will get admission in different colleges.
2.MBA
This is a course related to management.
