Is a photographer who is very popular on social media platforms more likely to be able to charge more for assignments as opposed to those who are more qualified but not as popular?

If you ask for my personal opinion of what is better for great pay packets of photographers among qualification and popularity, I would say None because the thing that works the most for their favor is their TALENT. But, if you talk generically, both qualification and popularity has their own values
