Qualified in GATE by low margin could fetch seat in prestigious institution?

I was qualified in GATE 2013 with 28.33 marks, GATE Score 242 and AIR 847 . Could i get a seat in M.E/M.Tech Aerospace engineering in IIT? If yes where could be the possibility ?
