Question about cut-off procedures in Delhi University?

Suppose I have applied for 2 courses A and B in DU and course A is preferred over B. In the first cut-off list I AM NOT eligible for A but HAVE cleared the cut off for B, and I want to wait for the second list for A, then what should I do? What are the procedures?
