Questions about distance education?

Passed out 10+2 in 2010 and currently 23 age. Want to do graduation now. My first preference is ignou. My stream was arts but now I want to do B.Com. After that shall do masters also from distance and maybe a PhD in HR after decade. Are the distance degrees going to hinder my carrier ? what sud i do
