questions regardind admission for B.E in biotechnology

sir, i got 84 in pcm and 140 in pcb through MHTCET. i want to seek an admission for B.E inbiotech in mumbai.i searched on internet but admissions were shown on basis of pcm marks. i wanted to know which marks are taken into consideration ?pcb or pcm. which colleges provide engineering in biotech?
