Apply for the entrance exam when the notification comes out in Jan or Feb 2013 for Dr. M.G.R.University Education and Research. Write the exam in the month of May. If you get good marks above 90% in XII and entrance you will definitely get a seat in Dr. M.G.R.University Education and Research.
