You can do Sun Certification exam (JAVA) which helps you better in your career. SAP modules ABAP which is also certified by SAP.

There is no such restriction, but yes MBA in operations is more relevant for Engineering graduates as the curriculum includes subject like Operation research.
As per my knowledge, MBA in operations would be good for people having a background in Mathematics.

Hi Mohammed.
Apply for the entrance exam when the notification comes out in Jan or Feb 2013 for Dr. M.G.R.University Education and Research. Write the exam in the month of May. If you get good marks above 90% in XII and entrance you will definitely get a seat in Dr. M.G.R.University Education and Research.

Both are good course and selection between them depends upon your area of interest. If you like more of law and regulation go for CS and if you are more for Cost Accounting go for CWA.
If you want a choice, I would go for CS, as it has more work opportunities in the present market.
