Dear Anuj, The total budget for a Masters abroad in the two countries you are looking at would be around INR 30 lacs to INR 50 lacs which would include tuition fees and stay costs. Scholarships are very limited in Canada and in the US they are merit based and since you have not mentioned your current academic scores I cannot tell you the probability of getting one.

Yes, you can definitely get a call from IIM-A if you do really well in CAT. It is important that you score really well in CAT to offset the effect of low marks in graduation.

X-gmat cut off for BM was 90%ile for National candidates and 80%ile for domicile candidates. HRM was around 80%ile and 70%ile for national and domicile candidates respectively. For Global program the cut off wasn't mentioned last year.

A CET (common entrance test) is conducted by guru gobind Singh indraprastha university for admission in B.tech biotechnology. The forms are out in January and the exam is conducted in June.
You have to study basic entrance level physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology for the exam. You have to work a little hard for the entrance exam of biotechnology as the seats are very less.

There is no difference between people who get admissions through which ever exam them opt for. Once you are in XIMB, there is no difference. It doesn't affect the final placement in any way.

There is no difference between Kengeri campus and city campus in terms of academics and placements. Placements are also centralized and subjects along with faculty are same. Avery package is around 6 lpa. There are good opportunities for everyone irrespective of being a fresher or an experienced one.

There are many entrance exams like you can go for DTU entrance exams, COMEDK, UPESEAT, VITEEE, SRMEEE. These are the entrance exams that you can go for to get in to reputed colleges, COEDK wll get you an entry into the colleges of karnataka, VITEEE for VIT, SRMEEE for SRM university and UPESEAT will get you through UPES Dehradoon , which is no. 1 core sector university for industry foussed b.tech programs. You can also try for UTM Shillong for specialized B.tech CSE programs.
Admissions notification have already been started from some of universities and institutes so go visit official websites of these institutes.

BBA is a better option as it covers the entire management area. It is a mix of all sectors whereas B.Com is pure commerce. Regarding best course, it depends on your liking and what exactly you wish to pursue ahead. It also depends in which sector you wants to bloom in.
