Around 400 students of NITM have been placed so far awarded Diploma from this institute and most of them are successfully working in Tea Plantation and Sales in India and abroad. I guess you are left with only one attempt of JEE Mains i.e. just after class 12th. You will have to get a year gap certificate for admission in any college.

You can go for BBA HA (Hospital Administration).
It doesn't have maths and economics subjects at all but few science subjects.
Also, it will definitely give you a job in the medical field.
