If you are looking forward to any course after class 10th, class 9th score doesn't matter. So, I think you should focus to get good score in class 10th and class 12th standard, so that you can qualify for admission to various colleges.

B.Sc from BHU is really a good option, don't come in AKTU (if you will not get any good college). Try to get admission in IET Lucknow or KNIT Sultanpur. These colleges have good history of producing good engineers, BIET Jhansi will also be a good option if you got it.

If you want to pursue MBBS, then you need to clear the entrance exam first. There are some of the Colleges who have their own entrance exam, so you can try them.

There are many legitimate reasons why one would want to consider a second MBA in USA. Career progression, the need to learn advanced management skills in a specific topic area not explored in your first MBA, and the exposure and opportunity offered by top programs are often the frequently quoted reasons. While Asian and European schools are quite open to considering the candidature of applicants who already have a first MBA, not all schools in the US are as open.

AICTE clearly mentioned that they don't take GATE as exit exam for engineering.

For MBA abroad, you can give exam like GRE GMAT etc.

Ofcourse the syllabus is not similar. 3 year LLB has lesser subject, because it only focuses on law. Whereas, 5 year LLB also teaches BA. All the best. If you find this helpful do give an upvote.

You could go for M.Sc MBA programme, as these provide good career choice. After MBA, you could go for industries and after M.Sc. You could go in research. Apart from it, you can opt for government jobs by giving government exams. Good luck.
