No, it is not right to fill GLAT application form 2026 using a mobile phone. They can visit the cyber cafe to fill out the GLAT 2026 application form. As filling the application form needs uploading scanned images of photo, signature and other required documents, it could be difficult to resize and upload these documents if filling the form through mobile.
