Hello, If you are working in IT field then CCNA is good option & if you are young then i will suggest you to complete your B.Tech through distance education or executive programs. AMIE is also another good option. Doing B.Tech is always advantageous.

MBA and PGDBM syllabus may be same in most of colleges. MBA is Master's degree recognized all over world. After MBA you can do PhD.Same is not true with PGDBM or PGDM.
