As per the report provided by Dharmsinh Desai Univerisity, the highest package offered to the students of the Faculty of Technology during the 2022 placements was INR 25 LPA. The highest package offered to the students of MBA is INR 6.09 LPA.

By seeing the reports I prefer Faculty of Technology is the best course in Dharmsinh Desai University.

The Indian Maritime University (IMU), Chennai is a Central University under the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. It is a teaching-cum-affiliating University that was established in 1985 with technical assistance from the United Nations. The University is recognised as the only institution in the country imparting quality education in the field of Marine Engineering, Nautical Sciences, Port and Shipping Management, and related subjects. At present, IMU Chennai offers nearly 10 courses at UG, PG and doctorate levels.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from recognised universities and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th / 12th / UG Degree.

The Indian Maritime University (IMU) was established as a Central University through an Act of Parliament (Act 22) in November 2008, under the aegis of the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. IMU Chennai erstwhile National Maritime Academy Chennai, have a very excellent record of placement. Till now only two batch has been passed out till 2023 with 90% placement for BTech Marine Engineering.

LLM Admissions are offered to candidates who hold an LL.B or five years integrated L.L.B. (Hons.) from a recognised institute with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved category).

B.Com, B.A., LL.B, BA LLB, and BCA and BBA Admission at the undergraduate level are done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed the higher secondary or 10+2 in the relevant stream from a recognised board with at least 40% marks in the particular subject.

Graduate from any recognised University / Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes). Applicants expecting their final year results can also apply.

The student must have graduated from an recoginzed university in their bachelor's degree with more then 50 percentage for a non reserved candidates, for the reserved candidates the percenage is 45%.

Programmes which require specific discipline/ subject specialisation need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective Institute.

A candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

All foreign degrees/ qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU.
