Are you talking about the affiliate centres opened by international universities in India or any specific course? Few things to be kept in mind are:
1. The recognition of joint degrees by AIU ( Association of Indian Universities) and UGC both.
2. Jobs in other countries depends on their post work visa conditions like UK gives you 6 months where as in USA it is a year or more. Every country has skill enhancement programmes, if your degree falls in that you can easily join their workforce.

There is 100% placements in Christ college and there is equal scope for all specializations Christ University has been functioning effectively for over 15 years. The cell has grown along with the institute, from placing 60 students in the year of inception to working on placing over 700 students last year. The highest compensation this year has been 11.5 Lacs from marketing which has great scope.

What I would recommend is, talk to both, people and yourself and do a lot of online research about IPS and B.Tech Computer Science. You will get a reality check of what lies inside of both.
