Yes, you are eligible for B.A (Hons) economics in almost all the top universities like DU, BHU, Allahabad University and most of Universities I'm aware of.  I don't know of a single university that refrains PCMB  students from taking Economics Hons.

The fee structure prescribed for various courses in Lakme Academy for Bridal Makeup is also different. I did some research, we found two colleges in Tamil Nadu offering B.Sc in Food Technology. We cannot calculate the maximum fee for any course, as it depends upon the area, facilities, and many other things. However, here are the fee details for the B.Sc Food Technology course in Tamil Nadu:
