As per the Guardian rankings, the University of East London is ranked way better than the University of Roehampton. Given are the important inferences for the two unis -

  • One striking difference here is that the rankings for UEL are getting better with each passing year
  • However, the exact opposite is the case with the other university.

No, while the University of Cambridge and Harvard University are two of the most well-known universities in the world, one is not equal to the other. Look at the inferences made below - 

  • As per US News,  Harvard is ranked #1 in the global universities category and the University of Cambridge is at #5 in the same category
  • Harvard USA is ranked better than Cambridge UK
  • If an Indian student is looking for admission at the best, they should probably go for the first one

Yes, you can pursue BTech with even 50% or more in PCM but IIT and NIT may not be possible if you're a general candidate but there are many private universities and GFTIs which offer B.Tech with this criteria even with decent placement. Some are like SRM University, Lovely professional University, Amity University etc.

Try to give entrance exams like JEE or state entrance exams, they can give you an edge at the time of taking admission in GFTIs (government funded technical institutions).
