Yes, Icahn School of medicine is good for international students. The student population is from Cameroon, Dominican Republic, France, Germany and United States. There is a need based financial aid for International students that includes schoarships and loans. Admissions are based on the merit and general pool of applications, the requirements includes the B1 visa and a minimum TOEFL score of 22 to 30. Such an easy criteria is an attracting point for the International students.

Acceptance rate of Icahn School of Medicine is in between 1.5 percentage to 3.4 percentage. This is suggestive of the fact that the college has very low acceptance rates. For the class of year 2025 out of 8000 applications only 800 students were interviewed and it finally only 120 students had to be selected. Any average student can get into Icahn School of Medicine all he needs to do is pass the english proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS passing the eligibility criteria of each tests.
