The answer is that VCET has a simple admission process and can easily take admission through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET Merit, NRI/Management Quota and Lateral entry is also availavle for the Diploma holders via E-CET Based Lateral entry

Yes, admission to Vikas College of Engineering and Technology is currently open. The college offers only BTech, MTech, diploma, and MBA courses. Admission to these courses is mainly based on the rank obtained in AP EAMCET, GATE, AP POLYCET, and APICET exams. To be eligible for these courses, candidates need to have a minimum of 45% in previous qualifications in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Yes, Vikas College of engineering and technology provides some scholarships to their students. These are the institutional merit-based scholarships offered by the VVCET Trust and they have the capability of bearing up to 100 percent of tuition fee on high academic scorers. As of every Hostel mess the VCET Hostel has also a mixed review and have a overall rating of 3.45 with mixed impressions on hostel and mess quality.

 

Some reviews says that non-veg is served twice in the college and food is good, some of the says very good and tasty but some also says that sometimes it is not.

The cell tries its level best to ensure that the students can be absorbed to the job market through soft skills, technical knowledge and mock interview. The Batch 2022 reported the highest package of 8 LPA and average package of 4-5LPA placement rates of the college are quet low but says truth of 40-50%.

In batch 2023 THe highest package was 6LPA And average package was 4-5 LPA.

 

The top companies were Infosys, TCS, Capegemini, IBM and Accenture.

You do not need JEE Main scores to get into VCTN's B.E./B.Tech programs. Most admissions are based on Andhra Pradesh EAMCET ranks and possessing a good EAMCET score is usually adequate. People who have not registered for JEE Main can still go through the state counseling.
