HI Aditya, subject wise it could be same, but the difference is in the international faculty and international exposure you get. The teaching methods are different abroad compared to India. The cost will differ.
To enable you to compare the course modules am mentioning a few univ in UK that offer MSc in Management (basically the modules are similar MBA with a difference of 2-3 subjects) that you can ref to : Staffordshire Univ. and some of the top ones : Leeds univ, city univ (CASS business school), Birmingham Univ

first of all find out good college those are providing you event management course and then opt for a degree or diploma course
the thing which you have to keep in mind is whether the institute is providing you a certificate of EEMA which give you a boost up in your career and hike in salary as well
second thing which kind of alumni they have whether the alumni is related to this industry or not
bcoz only doing a job is not a motive of anyone's life
