Hi Shruti,
Your chances are good based on your grades. Scholarships are given on merit by the universities, your application will be considered automatically. However you must submit a strong application package because your overall profile will be evaluated for admissions and scholarship. Your SOP and LORs must be strong too.

To take up distance learning course such as MBA, one has to be very careful about it and see which college gives maximum ROI for your money, in terms of knowledge and learning. One of the few good colleges for the same would be Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai or Symbiosis College, Pune. Do have a look at their other details on their websites.

Firstly, books are definitely one of the best ways to prepare. Alongside, ensure to make the notes and books more interesting and creative - Underline key words only, make pictorial representations, use maps and figures to understand complex concepts. Practice taking mock tests so that you can understand the areas you are missing in a good way instead of blindly learning from notes.

It is really very easy to recover your missed chapters. You just have to be mentally focused and firstly, just start reading your chapters and if you are stuck with any doubt you can consult anyone as nowadays there are many ways such as YouTube and even at Shiksha.com you can ask questions as per your doubts, just thinking about your problem would not work out rather, you have to stand straight and face it. At least start reading the missed chapters first.

This is a Diploma and not a Master's degree. If you are looking to go for a job in the near future, I would suggest you should go for MBA and increase your c

I think you can pursue M.Sc. After you complete your graduation and later on Ph.D and then you can expect a respected position in any institute or in any other good university in the teaching field. Also, if you want, you can pursue MBA after your B.Sc. If you are interested in the management field.
