In order to take B.Tech + M.Tech integrated course in IIITM, you need to clear both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
It's better for you to choose another college, use the predictor tool to know in which colleges you are eligible to apply.

Hello C Bhargav, My honest opinion is that IIT Roorkee is the best as far as civil engineering is concerned even at the level of PG studies. However if you still intend to go abroad then in my opinion, it's the UK followed by USA. Best wishes to you.

Hi Snehalata,
130 is a really good score for CLAT. Top 5 NLU usually fills up their seats from 135 score onwards. However, lots of tile students drop out at last minute. I have a strong feeling of your son getting through in any of these 5 top NLU's - Bangalore / Hyderabad / Bhopal / Kolkata / Jodhpur.

Hi,
At the time of admission, you need to produce your Bachelor's degree (provisional for current batch students). If you are certain that you will get the degree (upon clearing your backlogs of course), you can take the entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, SNAP, etc.
