Hello Ashutosh, actually you are seeking entry to the second year of four year degree course of engineering and not 3 year course. Anyway! The best place to get information about the admission procedure will be the website of the directorate of technical education of your state government. Invariably they would have displayed complete information about the eligibility criteria and also the procedure as to how to apply for the admission. Best wishes to you.
