I would suggest you visit the available coaching "brands" like Career Launcher, TIME, IMS etc personally and take demo classes if possible.
You will then be able to make a fair decision.

In both the university, your focus should be on choosing the one which offers best faculty and subject understanding in parallel with the UPSC syllabus. Both Allahabad & BHU are good universities and have produced a large number of civil servants in the country. So, you should weigh your option accordingly taking into consideration your mains optional as well.

Job opportunities are available for CSE candidate in Government as well as Private sector like Software developer, game designer, app innovator, even after CSE you go for MBA, DRDO, etc. So, there is enough scope if you have enough knowledge.
There are certain college in which you can choose one of them like Manipal University, SKIT, Anand- ICE, etc. in Rajasthan
