Hi,
These are some of the best but not quite affordable unless you obtain a scholarship.
Georgia Tech, UCLA, Columbia University, MIT, USC School of Architecture to name a few. Also check here for universities that might suit your budget
https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/usa/be-btech-in-architecture-colleges-ds
You must be knowing by now what you need to do for admissions, take the SAT and TOEFL, a number of similar questions have already been posted by you so you may go through and recall.

Both B.Pharma and Mass Communication are good courses but there is no comparison to it. If you wish to get into the medical field then join B.Pharma or else join mass communication for film-making and production.

I think B.Tech in CSE is the best course because this is about Computer Sciences, programming languages, software development and testing, networking etc.
Job opportunities are available for CSE candidate in Government as well as Private sector like Software developer, game designer, app innovator, even after CSE you go for MBA, DRDO, etc. So, there is enough scope if you have enough knowledge.
There are certain college in which you can choose one of them like Manipal University, SKIT, Anand- ICE, etc. in Rajasthan
All the very best. God bless you.
