Yes, you can. The minimum eligibility requirement for CPL is just class 12th. You should have passed class 12th with PCM (50% marks). For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot and, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.

There is no certain percentage requirement for Diploma and the fee structure will change according to institutions. Government institutions are cheap and the private ones are very costly.
