No, you won't be able to get a seat in any of the state. You should have got at least 260 or more, then you would have a tad bit chance of getting BDS in your state. As per the other state quota, you need to have applied under that during the form fill-up. However, it is impossible to get a seat in any state. You have only two state to choose from. Moreover you can get seat in pvt. college in any state, but government college not a chance. Better Luck.
