Yes, you can do B.Ed after BE or B.Tech, so don't worry about it if you want to do then go for it, but in my opinion M.Tech is better to go for M.Tech.

Hi, GIS course is a technical and scientific course, to be eligible for it you need to have a graduation degree in BSc, BE or Btech. I don't think you will be be eligible for this by doing geography honours
