Hello Neha, Let me suggest you certain options without considering the location clause of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
Since you already have 3 yrs of exp as a QA, I would basically suggest you to go for an Executive MBA from a reputed institute which offers EX PGDM as a flagship course.
Why EX Pgdm- lateral placemenet, Higher package during campus, Duration is only of 15 months.
I doubt if Ops and comm. could be a good combination. I believe Marketing and communication could be an option. When you get into this you need to understand your business and the product. You can also choose IT which will predominantly emphasize on Product and Project management and so on.
The approach to MBA would be to appear in the CAT/MAT/CMAT 2013and other such tests preferably. It will give you a reach to B school depending on your percentile. Once you have your test scores in hand, you will have to apply for admission in the colleges of your choice and wait for the individual cut offs. In some of the cases, institutes also approach you based on your test scores. You should join 1 of the coaching institutes, recommended. I will recommend you TIME and Career Launcher. You should consider joining either of them. The percentage of candidates cracking into best B schools through these institutes is quite high. These institutes are very helpful in order to work on your problem areas by gauging them through mock tests and lot of activities. The average duration of the course would be 4 months.
