Hi Raj,
Pharm D course stands for Doctor of Pharmacy. It is a Post Graduate Doctorate Degree program.
And, B Pharmacy stands for Bachelor of Pharmacy. It is an undergraduate level Bachelors Degree course.
Pharm D Course duration is 6 years. The academic period lasts for 5 years. 1 year is dedicated towards an internship.
B Pharmacy Course duration is 4 years. All four years consists of the academic program only. The internship is not present in this program.
Ater completing the Pharm D course, one may find work in Hospitals, Clinical research organizations and pharmacy colleges. Job profiles available are- pharmacist, healthcare profession

Hi Bhargav, for MBA admissions you must have 3 to 5 years work experience and you must also take the GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. There are also many tier 2 colleges in UK offering MBA without work experience and there is no requirement of these tests either.
