Hi Setu,
Since you are interested in both the courses, it would be advisable the course which suits your previous educational background, future goals would be more suitable to you. Both courses cannot be compared as both are very different in nature, one being a Medical course and other being an IT one. Though the scope of computer engineering has been high in the last two decades and with the advent of digital technology, it is brighter. On the other hand, pharmacy has maintained a stagnant growth.

Your academics are below average for IIM-A. I would suggest that you try your best for colleges like FMS who do not give any weightage to academics, unlike IIM-A.

BBA is a simple graduation degree course so you can go for any type either government college or private college but remember to score a good percentage like 70 or 75+ percent if you wants to pursue MBA from a good and reputed private college.
