With your poor JEE Main rank and your 52% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Math (but 63% overall), here are your real possibilities to do a BTech course in Computer Science Engineering (CSE):

1. Eligibility Challenges
The requirement of CSE in most of the top engineering colleges (NITs, IIITs, Tier-1 private colleges) is that one must have at least 60% in PCM (some even demand 70%) to be able to get admitted.

Most of these reputed institutes accept you only via regular counselling under which you are not eligible because of your PCM score.

2. Other alternatives are possible
A. Tier-3 colleges and private colleges
Hundreds of lesser-known or other privately-managed colleges do not require that good scores in JEE and these colleges may have lower cut-offs (typically 45 50 in PCM).

It is probable that they could work in colleges such as Seacom Skills University, Terna Engineering College, Pallavi Engineering College, and United Institute of Technology among others.

Placement may not be compared to the top colleges, infrastructure may not be as good or even the teaching but you will have a BTech degree.

B. Direct Admission/Management Quota
Many of the smaller direct institutions provide direct entry or direct places by means of a management quota by way of relaxed eligibility (about 45 50% in PCM).

Management quota fee is normally expensive. Find colleges one by one and check admissions with the percentage.

C. Called Entrance Exam/Others
Most of the privately owned deemed universities run their own all-India admission tests and tend to be more liberal when it comes to PCM preparation marks to give management seats (e.g. Lovely professional University, Manipal, SRM, KIIT) but usually require at least 60 percent marks in PCM to get in general.

In these universities, sometimes, management quota allows you to get in with your PCM subject combination percentage, again, however, it is better to enquire.

D. Counselling at State Level
There are the private colleges or universities run by states at the level of the state entrance tests that can also accept admissions with your scores check what your home state has to offer in terms of such colleges-research with options.

3. These are the actions you need to take.
Find the colleges in your state/ city of choice with flexible PCM rules (administering minimum percentages of 45%-50% PCM) and also low JEE ranking.

Go to the colleges of choice directly to obtain management quota/direct admission.

Look at the associated fields (such as IT, Electronics) which are less competitive than CSE.

Take online courses (Coursera, NPTEL, edX) and projects to enhance your career in CSE no matter which college may you join.

4. Important Note
you cannot get admission in NITs, IIITs, the best government or private engineering colleges in CSE because of your percentage in PCM.

Ensure that you fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria of AICTE of BTech admission (usually 45% in PCM); and majority of the state colleges, as well as private colleges, adhere to this criterion.

In summary:

Seek lesser-known engineering colleges/ universities, that are smaller and have fewer eligibility requirements and apply in direct / management quota with your 52% aggregate PCM.

It cannot be afforded to miss out on skill development and school-based internships so that charm associated with the college does not have an unfavorable effect on its future placements.
