The initial pay packet will be low but with time and experience, you'll get both appraisal and promotion.
A degree program in discipline such as Computer Applications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems is an added advantage. If you have it, well and good. If not, then you may pick any of the stream simultaneously with a Hacking program.
To add on, for being a professional ethical hacker you require motivation, dedication, initiative, self-education and formal training in ethical hacking.
