University of Delhi (DU) doesn't offer CA course. In order to pursue Chartered Accountancy in India, you will need to appear for CA CPT exam conducted by ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountant in India) and enrol yourself in CA course.

When pursuing an MBA, I believe that one should focus on the four main disciplines. These are Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations. Actually, PGDBM = MBA, different institutes give different names to the MBA degree. So you do t need to worry PGDBM is equivalent to MBA. Most of the universities give MBA degree, IIMs and autonomous colleges gives PGDM degree, XLRI gives PGDBM degree but all comes under the umbrella of MBA.
